A Private Medical Practice Clinic is seeking a motivated Clinic Manager to lead a busy multi ancillary practice utilizing clinical, business, and operational skill sets. The Manager will oversee clinical and clerical staff's efficiency and productivity in collaboration with the Physicians and Administrative Leadership Team.

Schedule/ location: Monday – Friday – 9AM – 5PM.
What You Will Do: (Supervisory Responsibilities)
- Includes interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems as they arise.
- Responsible for optimization of a busy clinical practice.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Optimizes clinical metrics related to patient access, patient satisfaction, and appointment slot utilization.
- Works with individual providers to maximize provider productivity.
- Monitors workflows for efficiency, maintains an effective staffing model, and provides measurable data to department leadership with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensures fiscal responsibility by monitoring inventory, expenditures, and waste.
- Works with Physician and Administrative Leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for monitoring clinical equipment and supplies.
- Responsible for internal control systems to ensure clinic processes are functioning as followed.
- Develops training and continuing education activities for the staff.
- Establishes safeguards for effective patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and billing compliance.
- Responsible for infection control
- Assisting physicians with clinic-related concerns
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, or related field and five (5) years responsible administrative experience in multi-office management include two (2) years supervisory experience which may include medical assistant, business, and/or operations management.
- May consider additional years of experience in lieu of education.
- Previous Clinical experience preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
