• Drive forward digitalization of the Finance function and report directly to the Head of Finance
  
• Work closely with the key stakeholders to prepare the implementation of the new accounting system, introduce company KPIs, design and implement continuous process improvements in the Finance department
  
• Support Head of Finance in preparation of the fundraising, creation of the business plan and the respective documentation as well as annual budgeting activities
  
• Design, plan and implement cross-departmental projects with a high degree of personal responsibility
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience or professional Project Management roles in global organizations with various internal and external stakeholders
  
• Master’s Degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting) preferred
  
• Intercultural competence required to adapt and excel within a truly diverse and international company
  
• Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills in order to efficiently coordinate information and progress on key projects
  
• Ability to analyze financial data fast and efficiently, familiarity with high-level accounting topics and controlling frameworks
  
• Interest in building analysis frameworks, and standardization of analysis methodology and company-wide processes
  
• Passion for digitalization, new topics and tools
  
• Excellent German and English language skills
