The Ridge provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for teens from ages 12 to 18 at our transformative residential facility in the New Hampshire!

We seek a dedicated and experienced Residential Program Manager to help develop and manage services for our adolescent residential treatment program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services, program development, and project management. This role requires a passionate person committed to improving mental health outcomes, training staff, and supporting adolescents in treatment. They will be responsible for overseeing residential direct care services for adolescent clients and their families, program and staff scheduling, monitoring staff productivity, efficient delivery of services and ensuring client safety.

Some of the key tasks of the Residential Program Manager include:

• Ensure that a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment is being provided to all clients
• Promote, exemplify, and maintain a healthy staff culture and ensure that programmatic philosophy is being adhered to by all direct care staff
• Ensure communication and cohesiveness between shifts
• Maintain appropriate client supervision ratios during all programming by maintaining staff schedules and covering shifts as needed
• Provide ongoing supervision of Ridge direct care staff, including providing regular feedback, ongoing trainings and participate in annual performance reviews
• Work collaboratively with administration, leadership, and human resources in areas related to: new client intakes, program development and implementation, and staff recruitment and retention.

We require someone who has a minimum of five (5) years of programmatic experience working with youth and families.

Previous residential or intensive outpatient experience required.

The Ridge is a for-profit corporation, which provides behavioral healthcare services, including chemical dependency, to adolescents in a 24-hour residential setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
