Shift: Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm), 1 day set aside for admin work can be done from home
Responsibilities:
· Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical and psychosocial history
· Performs new patient consultations and routine follow-up care in collaboration with the physician, as appropriate
· Record symptoms
· Physically examine patients
· Order and interpret laboratory test results
· Maintain all necessary medical documentation of office visits and procedures performed
· Develop a treatment plan that may include medications, adjuvant therapies, and interventional pain procedures
