RN Clinical Manager with Quality Assurance Experience

Location: Washington, DC
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary range: $100,000-$110,000

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an Accredited school of nursing; BSN required; MSN Preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years acute care experience; Minimum 2 years home care or long-term care experience; Minimum of 2 years supervisory/ management experience.
License/Certification: RN licensure in good standing in the District of Columbia; current CPR.

Additional Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Medicaid/ Medicare guidelines
• Extensive knowledge of Oasis protocol
• Previous experience with and knowledge of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and/or Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) Accreditation
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with ICD 10 Coding
• Knowledge of quality assurance protocols.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to appropriately prioritize workload.

Expected hours: 40 per week
