As a Business Analysis Associate I in the Process Design and Governance team, you will work closely with the Documents and Cards/Plastics Fulfillment operation teams to ensure all processes and controls are working as designed. You will have experience with testing and the oversight of controls to measure sustainability. You will also support members of the team on various control tasks, as needed. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform department SharePoint, Shared Mailbox, and CUG monitoring to ensure compliance with CTO's common controls
• Collaborate with business partners and internal team members to ensure controls readiness 
• Create control test scripts and execute monthly testing 
• Support requests for information from internal audit or business controls teams
• Perform camera audits to ensure cameras are working properly 
• Conduct physical security oversight and certification for both sites 
• Perform Exam Ready activities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

• Bachelors degree or 3 years direct Financial Services 
• Experience in business analysis, reporting of business data, problem identification, resolution and root cause analysis 
• Demonstrated ability to influence others at a variety of levels including internally and externally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Technical skills MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Understanding of business functions and technology across the firm
