If you have hands-on experience working with Molecular of Lateral Flow tests and enjoy being in the “thick of things”, then this may be the role for you.

As a member of the Technical Operations team, you will be the intermediary between the R&D and operations departments. In this highly visible role, you will lead cross-functional teams in deviations, CAPA’s validation and new product transfers. Daily activities will include reviewing data, developing analytical methods, and providing process recommendations based on workflow assessments.

To succeed in this role, you will enjoy upstream and quality control activities that support manufacturing. An innovative individual with strong communications skills is required to author plans, protocols, and experiments. You will require practical knowledge and experience with analytical methods such as Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma techniques and demonstrated commitment to a Quality Management System, per ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 to 120,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
