We are hiring for our new office in Richardson, TX and looking to hire a team of Process Associates (Call Center Representatives) to work onsite. Hours of operation will be 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT and hours will vary based on business needs. Seeking energetic individuals that are passionate about retaining customers and providing top notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Be an active part of our contact center team providing the highest quality service to external and internal customers.
- Leverage internal systems to quickly access account history and customer notes from any previous interactions.
- Use active listening skills to understand and engage with customers.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support with a smile.
- Will need to determine potential issues and follow internal processes to work towards a resolution.
- Interact with other departments to attain company service objectives.
- Keep up to date with the current offerings and promotions that can be leveraged to retain customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and accept criticism while always maintaining high level of professionalism.
- Must possess good judgment, and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customers as appropriate based on their needs.
- Document actions taken properly in ticket or contact record as appropriate to ensure call was routed properly, trouble corrected, commitment met, and closed properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 year(s) working in a call center/contact center.
- Experience working in customer retention or inside sales highly desired.
- Typing, keyboard and computer skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be able to sit for entire shift and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Scheduling flexibility required, including days, evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
- Must be willing to work overtime and extra hours during emergencies.
- Strong organizational skills.
- PC literacy in windows-based applications.
- High School graduate or equivalent, college degree desirable.
