- Serve as primary system administrator and technical expert for the college’s workflow process automation management software (Process Director) and CRM software.
- Manage administrative functions of Process Director, CRM and integrated components for proper functionality and data integrity including user account maintenance, help desk request, reports and other routine tasks.
- Identify improvement areas/opportunities to drive operational efficiencies; develop recommendations for process and service improvements.
- Manage creation and implementation of project deliverables and timelines, leading workflow design, and providing training for users.
- Collaborate with the college’s Information Technology department, student information system administrator, and other staff, to ensure data integrity, consistency, security and privacy.
- Create training materials and provide periodic training for the Process Director and CRM as well as end-user training for reports and dashboards.
- The incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working with workflow process automation software, project management and development, Salesforce administrator, or similar CRM administrator or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience with database management, SQL-related languages, BP Logix, Salesforce or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to remain focused on details.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, database design, and workflow design.
- Self-starter with excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and independent judgement skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
- Must be friendly, dependable, flexible, and receptive to change.
Physical Requirements:
- Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
- Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
Working Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
