Process Engineer develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. Being a Process Engineer identifies process bottlenecks and devises solutions to resolve. Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources including labor, energy and raw materials. Additionally, Process Engineer requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Process Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. To be a Process Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. As the Process Sanitation Worker, you will provide general operational and downtime sanitation. Position breaks line operators as required. Will provide training to others as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleans and lubricates cutters using proper lock out / tag out procedures.
2. Collects line samples and conducts tests.
3. Transports line waste to dump disposal area.
4. Uses approved chemicals to sanitize areas.
5. Uses high pressure and high volume water hoses to clean surfaces.
6. Responsible for daily and downtime sanitation.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum 3 months related experience and/or training
- Mechanical aptitude; computer, language, and mathematical skills
- Ability to learn the basic functions of other jobs throughout the plant
Constant: Stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently: Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Occasionally: Sit and taste or smell.
