Under general direction of the Operations Manager, the Process Engineer develops and optimizes methods to maintain process control and make significant improvements to safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma Tools, at minimum a willingness to learn and apply the tools.
*Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
*Effective communication skills communication: Listening, Verbal and Written.
*Self-motivated, committed, with a bias for action that delivers results
*Understanding of metal manufacturing processes.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
*bachelor's degree (BA or BSc.) or higher in Engineering from four-year college or university
*3D modeling, 3D printing, and Solidworks experience.
PREFERED EXPERIENCE:
*3-5 years related technical experience
*A broad and thorough knowledge of investment casting technology processes and manufacturing methods.
