Process Engineering Director directs and develops a team responsible for the optimization, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, or plants. Drives continuous improvement in process design, cost savings, quality, and resource utilization. Being a Process Engineering Director leads engineering projects, incorporates newest technologies, resolves engineering problems, approves process designs. Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Additionally, Process Engineering Director typically reports to top management. The Process Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Process Engineering Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job SummaryThe Engineering Instructor will teach engineering sciences and technology and related courses. Duties include curriculum development, use of innovative methodologies, and willingness to integrate technology into classroom and online lessons. Faculty is expected to engage with students inside and outside the classroom, to participate in collegial activity with peers, to participate in on-going professional development, and to be involved with the college governance processes.

Education/Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Professional Engineering licensure.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- A proven ability to work in a collegial environment that embraces and encourages the talents of students and colleagues.

- Skills necessary to work with broad spectrum of student abilities

Experience- Experience using technology as an instructional tool
- Experience coordinating activities and purchasing supplies
- Teaching experience preferred
- Experience in various CAD software packages, Surveying, and/or GIS is preferred
- Teaching experience in Geology and Physics or related fields preferred
- Field and/or preparatory lab experience in geology and physics preferred
