Job Title: Director of Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of department goals
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and procedures
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering department
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as Excel, Help desk, negotiate, ETL, Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
