Directs, oversees, and utilizes functional authority for operation, planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of all product or process-related activities of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.
Directs engineering department in formulating designs, cost estimates, and specifications by applying professionally accepted engineering techniques, practices, and procedures.
Apportions projects among engineering managers/departments according to specialized training and project requirements.
Heads formulating and implementing overall objectives, policies, plans, and programs.
