ROLE PURPOSE: The purpose of this internship is to support the Operations team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of engineering. This role is ideal for current students or recent graduates in engineering or related fields.

MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Generate process maps and flows.
• Assist Operations & Engineering teams with KPI and data review.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into engineering specifications.
• Observe operations and processes to capture production metrics.
• Establish and execute experiments to investigate and propose operational process improvements.
• Utilize statistical methods to validate findings.
• Support the Engineering team with protocol creation, change control documentation, and process validation.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Engineering;
• Overall G.P.A. of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Additional interest in Food Science, Data Science, and Sustainability are a plus.
