The Materials & Process Engineering Manager is responsible for leading material and process initiatives at the company. The M&P Manager owns all the M&P specifications used in the operation, which includes creating new specifications and revising existing specifications as needed. The M&P Manager is expected to collaborate with other leaders in the engineering and manufacturing functions to assure the materials and processes included in our design data can be fully realized in the operation, are cost efficient, and represent state of the art technology. The M&P Manager is expected to remain on the forefront of advances made in the relevant material technologies, as well the associated manufacturing processes, to provide the company with a competitive advantage.
