  • Bonck America is a solar product integration service provider. We serve small and medium-sized enterprise customers and Residential users. We are expected to officially open within 3 months. We are already designing model projects for multiple customers. Our products and E-commence website easysolar.supply will be officially opened to the public in about 3 months. It will provide customers with a one-stop product experience and avoid bothering customers with the complexity and difficulty of solar products. In principle we do not provide installation, services will be provided by our certified installers.

    Bonck America is the American parallel company of Bonck Beijing. BONCK Beijing has long provided IT data and software development services and SAP consulting services to the power grid and energy industries. Currently, it has approximately 150 employees located at customer sites in Jiangsu, Beijing, Shanghai and other places in China.

    The U.S. office is looking for experienced sales hires. The ideal candidates will have a passion for all things sales and technology, and experience in Solar products and services.

    We will provide 7*24 hours of online product sales services. Online customer service hours are from 7 a.m. Eastern United States to 9 p.m. Western United States, Monday to Friday.

    This position is a key management position in the company. As the company expands, you will have good opportunities for promotion.

    Responsibilities

    • Have entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to start from scratch;
    • Be enterprising and responsible, and be willing to take responsibility;
    • Strong learning ability, self-discipline and openness;
    • Through the installer, obtain various information and data from the customer's site, produce the orders required by the customer, and wait for the customer's payment to be completed before starting follow-up work;
    • According to the order and our product selection, work with the product department to complete all customer desk work, including but not limited to drawings, stamp application, Permit applications, online or telephone installation guidance, customer government or energy company subsidy applications, etc. formalities;
    • Manage installers across North America and guide them in installing our integrated products; replace installers with customer complaints;
    • Coordinate with sales department and cashier department;
    • Continuously track customer needs and be responsible for the execution of warranty terms and collection of warranty deposits;
    • Under special circumstances, go to the scene to deal with the problem.
    • Be familiar with production line management and will need to lead the management of our North American production plant after one year;
    • After working for one year, there is the possibility of being promoted to VP;
    • will use our own ERP software; Very willing to accept new things and use new electronic products and APPs.
    • Appropriately participate in various market activities

    Skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences
    • Organized and highly efficient, proactive
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience preferred

    Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
