Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for systematical identification and freeing up of inefficiencies of A&M spend in the frame of Marketing Transformation project.
This includes providing A&M expertise in mapping of existing Media and A&M spending processes in the BU, leading brand deep dives with local teams, comparing A&M spending vs external and internal benchmarking, identifying inefficiencies in A&M spend, developing hypothesis for driving efficiency and right sizing of A&M spend in the BU.
Together with BU Marketing team, this person co-leads development of portfolio of A&M optimisation initiatives and establishing A&M spending frameworks, processes and ways of working to ensure sustained A&M optimisation and right-sizing in the BU.
