What You’ll Do
1. Develop and manage a team to plan, execute and turn over Structural, Civil and Architectural work.
2. Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved.
3. Develop funding requests for new projects.
4. Present project status to executive leadership.
5. Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs.
6. Quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions.
7. Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates.
What You’ll Bring
1. Bachelor's Degree (MS preferred) or related 10 years field experience.
2. Experience as a Construction Manager on 100M industrial or commercial construction projects.
3. Supervising steel erection, roof decking and other core & shell components.
4. Knowledge of AISC, ACI and ASTM standards.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
6. Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, Bluebeam and PlanGrid.
7. Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met.
