Process Engineering Technician provides technical support to engineers to ensure production goals of the organization are met. Provides assistance related to the review of existing and design of new manufacturing equipment, processes, and plants. Being a Process Engineering Technician may suggest or implement equipment purchases, modifications or calibration changes that could result in improved productivity or reduced costs related to production. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Process Engineering Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Process Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     As a Process Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Control Engineer), you'll optimize manufacturing processes, ensure top-notch quality control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. You'll also analyze data, identify root causes of issues, and apply lean manufacturing principles. This is a hands-on role with 75-80% of work performed on the manufacturing floor.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English (Spanish is a plus), high-level operations analysis skills, expertise in quality control data analysis, familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, and experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
