Provides assistance related to the review of existing and design of new manufacturing equipment, processes, and plants. Being a Process Engineering Technician may suggest or implement equipment purchases, modifications or calibration changes that could result in improved productivity or reduced costs related to production. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Process Engineering Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Process Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Primary Function:
The Process Technician is responsible for performing as a vital team member in monitoring and operating critical equipment in the chemical manufacturing process to ensure operational efficiency in a safe and environmentally conscience manner.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or related military experience is required. An accredited Associate’s degree in Chemical Process /Chemical Technology or a Bachelor's degree is required in lieu of experience.
