As a Process Engineer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Jefferson expansion project.

Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Jefferson, WI

Pay Range: $74 - $79

What's the Job?

• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning, conducting, and coordinating Process/Industrial Engineering functions.
• Contribute to capital project development and execution using tools such as simulation modeling, six sigma, lean manufacturing, and statistical data analysis.
• Assist in capital project design/execution, equipment specification and procurement, and technical model review.
• Create process operation documentation for capital projects, outlining operational interfaces with capital equipment.
• Design and develop queries within SQL to perform data mining aiding in capital project development and simulation modeling.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering - Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
• 3 years minimum experience in process design, process equipment, process instrumentation, manufacturing operations, and process engineering support roles in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with industrializing new process technologies.
• Proficiency in P&ID development, equipment sizing and specification, bulk material handling, liquids handling, and mass & energy balances.
• Experience with Simulation, Work Methods, Quality Systems, Ergonomic Analysis, SQL Database, and Statistical Analysis preferred.

Additional Details:

• 100% onsite role in Jefferson, WI (No exceptions).
• Some travel to St. Louis may be required for onboarding or meetings.
