FINE PRINT: (boring but essential)
· Self-motivated team member with experience working in a manufacturing facility needed for a fast paced production environment. This position is responsible for meeting assigned production goals and objectives.
This will entail: Meeting production deadlines, Reading engineering drawings or work sheets; measuring, cutting, and drilling metal; helping with mold making, sanding, polishing, bondo patching, laying up fiberglass and resin; Painting, using power tools and hand tools.
· Mechanical, welding, metal fabrication, carpentry and/or composite/resin experience are preferred but not required.
· Three years of manufacturing experience preferred.
· Ability to read plans and work from shop drawings.
· Forklift operator experience preferred.
· Here are our minimum Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Previous work experience with manual labor
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand up to 10 hrs./day
- Positive attitude
