Job Description:

• The client is a leading automation technology company specializing in innovative vision systems, robotics, and slicing and packaging technology.

• As a Senior Machine Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated machines and equipment for the baking industry.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing, prototyping, and validating machine designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• This is a full-time on-site role where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative automation technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in machine design, including concept development, 3D modeling, and simulation
• Very Strong Mechatronics Background
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Packaging Equipment background a must.
• Knowledge of machine controls and automation systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials
• Experience in the baking industry or food processing equipment design is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and part of a team.
• Must understand the need for a sense of urgency
• Good attendance and ability to work overtime.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be comfortable in an office environment & shop environment.
• Must be detail-oriented in design/job release to manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $115,000.00 per year
