Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our landscaping projects. Your role will involve working along and supervising a team of general laborers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support throughout projects

- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including the construction and maintenance of landscapes, gardens, lawns, and irrigation systems

- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences

- Oversee the installation of trees, plants, flowers, and other landscape elements

- Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscapes, including pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and watering

- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are upheld

- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance to ensure proper functioning

- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for the team

Requirements:

- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping roles

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team

- In-depth knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials

- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders

- Physical stamina to handle the demands of outdoor work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
