Qualifications and Skills:

• Train personnel in all applicable processing jobs
• Set machine up properly and with proper packaging material and date codes
• Keep track of quality, grades, and sizes
• Take daily inventory of eggs and packaging material
• Record the loading and unloading of eggs and packaging materials
• Create invoices for incoming/outgoing materials and products
• Maintain daily and monthly records in all areas of processing
• Maintain attendance, vacation, and other personnel records
• Handle all discipline and counseling of employees
• Coordinate maintenance to correct machine problems
• Perform other duties as directed my management

Job Requirements:

• Ability to develop rapport, trust and open communication with staff and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to supervise staff while remaining confidential when needed
• Gives attention to detail and follows instructions
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
