Processing Equipment Operations Supervisor jobs in Providence, RI

Seeking Mechanical Assembly Supervisor with 5 Years or more experience. Individual must have the ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be comfortable interacting with the engineering department.

. Comprehension of mechanical assembly, metal welding, machine shop and pipe fitting trades. Personal skills are not necessary, only an understanding of the trades.

. Supervise, Train, and provide Feedback and analysis to employees during manufacturing operations.

. Proficient Skills reading and interpreting blue prints in a precise manner to others.

. Perform assigned projects as instructed and be able to delegate as necessary.

. Meet deadlines and be able to overcome unique and time sensitive challenges.

. Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail throughout large projects.

. Experienced with the use and capability of a variety of hand and power tools.

. Must be able to maintain open lines of communication with all facets within the company.

. Diligent planning and scheduling with time and resources for themselves and others.

. Positive attitude and willingness to help others at all times.

. Proficient with Microsoft.

. Organized in maintaining records and documentation.

. Familiar with OSHA requirements and standards.

. Understanding of metal fabrication and pipe fitting a plus.

. 5 Years or more experience

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. Driver’s License

. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lb

. Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office, E-Mail)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,640.00 - $74,880.00 per year
