Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Produce Clerk may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - Work Experience in Food Safety / Food Quality Role (preferably with egg/dairy)
- Experience with Computers & Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word)
- HACCP / PCQI / GFSI Certified (or willing to get certified)
- Critical Thinker / Good Communicator / Proven Decision Maker / Motivated Leader
