LifeSource Natural Foods is looking for a full-time Assistant Produce Manager to join our dynamic team. We are an independently owned natural foods store that has been nourishing the community since 1994.
As the Assistant Produce Manager, you will be responsible for helping maintain our abundant all organic produce department. This role is focused on leadership and development, department oversight, buying, stocking, merchandising, and supporting the Produce Manager.

We are looking for somebody who:

• Has at least 6 months produce experience
• Experience serving the public
• Ability to project a friendly, outgoing personality
• Is able to work as a positive team member
• Has a demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
• Is well organized, attention to detail
• Has functional retail math skills
• Is proficient in Word, Excel, and database management
