As a producer for our firm you will get paid on all new clients and renewal business. Your sales will increasingly build a base year after year increasing your annual pay as your career progress’s. Position Summary: The objective of the Insurance Producer is to source prospective clients, develop professional relationships, and win clients by working with the HPA team to proactively deliver high-end services. As an Insurance Producer, you will work closely with business leaders & HR Depts. to implement critically important employee benefit programs to protect employees and their families. This role is best suited for professionals who want more control over their own income and work/life balance.

In this position, you will:

• Prospect with business owners & HR Depts via calling, emailing, and meetings.
• Educate clients on the firms value, service, and offerings
• Prepare/assist in contracting of clients and any gathering of required paperwork
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of the firms business and our products/services
• Work optimally with HPA team members to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Work with clients to ensure the optimal coverage is offered, quoted , etc.
• Support clients by providing technical support, product education, etc.
• Act as a "trusted advisor" by demonstrating a depth of knowledge regarding the client’s operations.
• Maintain and continually update client database
• Attend and participate in ongoing education for industry knowledge

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Georgia Life & Health Insurance License
• 1-3 years insurance sales experience
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and remotely
