This position requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills to oversee the creation and execution of various marketing content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. JOB DUTIES Collaborate with marketing team members to conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional mediums. Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with creative teams, content creators, and external agencies to develop assets and content necessary for campaign deployment. Manage all aspects of marketing projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Develop project timelines, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing content. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with internal creative team. Align content strategy with seasonal marketing plans & go-to market (GTM) plan for new products. Maintain and plan blog publishing calendar. Lead multi-channel content integration and own a stake in the Marketing operational calendar (content aligned with web, public relations (PR) and blog posts) Responsible for internal content production projects as assigned (sales meetings, key presentations, videos) from plan development through execution and content production. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Proven experience (5 years) in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in digital asset management systems (DAM) and project management tools (IE: Monday). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Seven years’ (7) experience creating video and static assets for social media and other digital platforms. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers). While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch). Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
