Flow Automotive Companies is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to create and maintain applications proprietary digital  products. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong skills developing applications in .NET, a passion to acquire and  apply new skills, and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.  

The Full Stack Web Developer will be a part of Flow’s Software Development team that is on the cutting edge of retail  transformation within one of the largest industries in America. Flow’s digital products include FlowAuto.com, FlowGarage  Mobile App, Flow Offer to Purchase (Trade Tool), Inventory Headquarters (Inventory Management Tool), and more. The  products developed by Flow include both internal (employee facing) and external (customer facing) web based tools.

Responsibilities  

• Develop industry leading technologies in an agile environment for a wide range of business applications   Translate Business Requirements into components of complex, loosely-coupled, distributed systems   Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure web applications  
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using SQL and Javascript and other web technologies   Develop and maintain SQL databases to support web applications  
• Develop and maintain internal API’s to support web applications  
• Integrate web applications with third-party APIs 
• Suggest improvements to how existing software product looks and functions for the end user   Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing web applications  
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to website performance, server configuration, and database connectivity   Utilize Azure DevOps planning tools to document digital product details  
• Collaborate with other developers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure that projects are completed  to specifications and delivered on time  
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development  

Required Skills and Qualifications:  

• 3 years full stack web development experience  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field  
• Proficient in the .NET Core  
• Proficient with ASP.NET (Web API, MVC, WebForms) with CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML   Proficient developing Service oriented / RESTful API environments  
• Proficient in database development with MS SQL Server using Stored Procedures, T-SQL   Proficient with ORMs (Entity Framework preferred)  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Dependency Injection  
• JavaScript and JQuery  
• JavaScript Libraries (AngularJS, Foundation, Bootstrap) 
• Proficient with ETL / SSIS / Data Warehousing  
• Source Control Systems (Git)  
• Experience working with agile Development Team  
• Experience working alongside Business Operations team and/ Digital Marketing team  
• Experience with software development work management tools such as Azure DevOps  
• Interest in automotive
