    As a Management Analyst, GS-0343-09, you will assist the Director in Strategic Planning to achieve long-range objectives; Deliberate Planning in support of Defense Support to Civil Authorities and Homeland Security (HLS)/Homeland Defense (HLD) missions; and assist in policy development and implementation as it relates to the Interagency Process and Security Cooperation/State Partnership Programs.

    GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems

    SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management.

    ****Recruitment, Retention, and Relocation Incentive may be authorized up to 25% of base pay for a max of 4 years pending TAG approval.
