This role is based in Franktown, Colorado. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. This role will travel 40% - 60% of the time throughout our national portfolio.

The Multifamily Analyst works to support and grow an assigned multifamily portfolio. Partners with an Asset Team to ensure all property/portfolio needs and deliverables are met. Exercises discretion, independent judgment, and collaborative partnership in the successful execution of all duties, including but not limited to general operations, marketing, finance/accounting, refinance analysis, and acquisitions.

A little about the role (Full JD will be supplied with application):
• Analyze multifamily property operations for inefficiencies and report findings
• Analyze property financials for abnormalities and trends
• Analyze rent roll and other income reports and report on
• Provide financial/operating/rental market data analysis to support operations and identify opportunities to maximize value
• Identify and analyze the major risks affecting an investment opportunity
• Develop procedures that can be used to internally audit procedure adherence across the portfolio
• Report on and monitor capital projects, may directly oversee them
• Assist in the due diligence of Underwriting models for potential new acquisitions
Some of what the ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management, or related field
• General interest in Real Estate Investment
• Property Management Operations related experience a plus and preferred
• 1-3 years job and/or internship experience in one of the above or a related field
• Demonstrable technical proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Yardi accounting/property management software preferred
