Product/Brand Management Director manages, develops, and oversees the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product/Brand Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE:
- Responsible for all maintenance department operations & personnel
- Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance
- Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
- Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion
- Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs
- Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections
- Coordinating department operations, budgets, and monitoring expenditures
- Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal & OSHA standards
- Must have the ability to be "on-call" for emergency situations
REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE:
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service
- Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
- Evidence of solid leadership and supervision skills
