Product/Brand Management Director manages, develops, and oversees the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product/Brand Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Director - Quality Management (FT)


    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Responsible for the daily operation of the Quality Management services. Under administrative direction, is responsible for the management, professional development, budgetary control and leadership in directing departmental operations for outcomes, management and survey preparedness; in addition, is responsible for ensuring compliance in all federal and state regulations.

    Qualifications:
    Education, Training, Experience and Licenses/Registrations Required:
    • Bachelor degree; Master degree in related field, preferred
    • Clinical background with working knowledge of quality management, 5 years acute care
    • Five years management experience, with a working knowledge of management, benchmarking, outcome measurement, team development and quality tools, preferably healthcare
    • Knowledge of statistics, data collection and survey design, helpful
    • Database management and/or development, helpful
    • Highly developed organizational, interpersonal and management skills
    • Computer literacy
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (i.e. state, Federal, Joint Commission, HIPAA, etc.)

    Physical and Sensory Requirements:
    • Ability to read, write and converse in English
    • Ability to speak and hear, to allow discussions with employees and peers
    • Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
    • Ability to respond to pages, telephones and other auditory stimulation
    • Ability to evaluate and interpret information and make independent decisions
    • Bending, lifting (5-10 lbs), grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, prolonged standing and/or sitting
    • Ability to understand and interpret financial data
