Product/Brand Management Director manages, develops, and oversees the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product/Brand Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Case Management Director will collaborate with hospital leadership and other Nursing Directors to effectively manage hospital wide care coordination. The Case Management Director will oversee a team of Registered Nurse Case Managers and Licensed Social Workers. 

    The Case Management Director should have over 5 years of experience working as a Case Manager in an inpatient setting as well as progressive leadership experience. The Director will oversee both the Case Management Department and the Social Services Department. The Case Management Director will be post overseeing the organization of complex care, assessment of patient's health insurance plans and provision of necessary resources for patients being discharged. The Director of Case Management will act as an advocate for their patients and go above and beyond to help accurately assess their individual needs.

    The Case Management Director will begin a new adventure living in the Northwestern region of Texas.
