Product/Brand Management Director manages, develops, and oversees the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product/Brand Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Director, Revenue Cycle Management

  • The Director, Revenue Cycle Management reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and coordination of revenue cycle operations, procedures, and best practices to optimize the revenue generated though the provision of services to consumers.  The Director reviews, designs, and implements processes surrounding registration, billing, collections, credentialing, billing compliance, reporting and completes other financial analyses to ensure that the revenue cycle is effective and properly adhered to.  

      RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Direct supervision of all revenue cycle management manager/team leaders and associated functions (scheduling, registration, data collection/entry, billing, collections, and credentialing).
    • Participates in the development of short- and long-term strategies and tactics for enhancing and diversifying professional service revenues.
    • Participates in the establishment of and monitors departmental and organizational key performance indicators and dashboards regarding revenue cycle operations.
    • Oversees the development and adherence to operational policies and procedures governing revenue cycle management and billing compliance for the organization.    
    • Investigates and analyzes issues, root causes, patterns, or trends and identifies and implements process improvement actions in support of revenue cycle objectives in coordination and communication with other Journey teams.
    • Reviews and makes recommendations to professional service revenue-related agreements for alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all funding source requirements related to reporting of program services and allocations and assists staff in the implementation of that reporting.
    • Oversees and supports the development and administration of the organization’s fee schedule for services.
    • Collaborates with other departments (ex: Accounting, IT and Clinical Services) in the development of policies and procedures supporting reimbursement of services.
    • Coordinates and/or provides education, training, and auditing functions relative to ensuring billing compliance for all payers.
    • Oversees the credentialing function relative to provider and facility credentialing.
    • Builds trust and partnership amongst the entire team by enhancing engagement, addressing performance results, and providing coaching and mentoring.
    • Communicates with and manages internal and external relations as it relates to revenue cycle operations.
    • Assists in agenda development and serves on the Revenue Cycle Management Committee and participates on other workgroups and committees as assigned.
    • Assist in EHR upgrades, maintenance, and reporting functions.
