Product/Brand Management Director manages, develops, and oversees the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans.     Responsibilities

    GENERAL PURPOSE:

    The Associate Director, Change Management plays a key role in ensuring that projects and initiatives reach their full potential by ensuring all impacted University faculty, staff, learners and others are prepared for and embrace change. This role will focus on the people side of change, including not only the change initiative itself, but also changes to business processes, systems and technology that support that structure. The primary focus will be developing and executing against organizational change management plans across multiple projects that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement to ensure that users are engaged, prepared to transition to the initiative and reinforce sustainable change. A primary focus will be working with and coaching unit-level leaders and teams to develop localized strategies to maximize buy-in and minimize resistance and are able to leverage the organizational change management framework and standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops and leads the deployment and execution of against comprehensive, actionable, and targeted organizational change management plans on the most critical and transformational initiatives, including proactively addressing resourcing requirements against change management needs, including stakeholder analysis, coaching plans, communications, training, and resistance management plans in alignment with project and business objectives. Participates in governance committees representing change management.
    • Leads the development of stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, engagement plans, impact assessments, change readiness plans, and quantitative success measures that will reinforce change. Plays a key role in business process workshops to understand the current and future state business processes; assesses the change impacts on the organization and roles.
    • Partners with Communications lead to ensure targeted messaging accurately describes the change to appropriate audiences. Collaborates with training experts to expand the capability of Organizational Change Management to develop and conduct training needs assessments, design competency-based training curriculum, assess training effectiveness and design learning strategies, including the integrations and use of e-learning, as well as the design of post-training performance review that supports learning strategies to ensure end users are engaged, knowledgeable and able to adopt change during the implementation phase.
    • Builds and leads a change network and partner engagement strategy, including the executive sponsor, senior leaders, managers, and supervisors who will be key champions of change, reinforcing awareness within the organization. Identifies potential people-side risks and issues, analyzes KPIs and anticipated points of resistance, and develops mitigation plans to address the concerns. Escalates risks and issues appropriately and adjusts change management strategies and tactics as necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • In communications, organizational development, HR management, behavioral psychology, business, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of five (5) years in progressive leadership, including three (3) years years of experience with applying both theoretical and practical aspects of organizational development, establishing and implementing organizational change management and employee support in a project implementation required.
    • Experience with higher education, larger medical center or large complex and distributed enterprise. Experience working with consulting tools and resources and leading cross functional teams of consultants, SME, and/or project managers in the successful implementation and institutionalization of change preferred.

    • Analytical skills required to measure and assess the impact and effectiveness of change management activities, and to recommend and execute improvement actions. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, including active listening and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Strong group facilitation skills with demonstrated experience turning working session notes into high-quality deliverables. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, colleagues, and staff. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team; ability to work collaboratively with and through others. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines within a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Strong organizational problem solving and root cause identification skills. Strong customer focus and excellence in relationship management with key partners. Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication skills, technical documentation skills, user liaison skills, and personal interaction abilities required.
    • Change Management certification preferred.

    Pay Range

    Pay Range: $84,718 - $127,088 Annually

    The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
