To achieve this, we have an immediate opening for an Executive Director of Fan Travel. We have a great team culture where we genuinely enjoy who we work with. What you can expect in this role: As Executive Director, STM Fan Travel, you will be responsible for frontline guidance and modeling of this service area that ensures efficient service delivery and meets productivity targets.

Technical Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel including pivot tables, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Experience with Salesforce.
· GDS, internet and portal knowledge (understanding of web capabilities) preferred.
· Working knowledge of integral relationship between the GDS, mid office and back office systems.
· Working knowledge of telecommunication devices and network capabilities (voicemail, ACD systems, etc.).
Qualifications:
· BS or BA degree, equivalent educational degree or equivalent experience required.
· Minimum 7 years of Travel Management experience or equivalent required; call center management and/or travel industry background a plus.
· Proven aptitude for technology and/or software solutions and analytical skills required.
· Flexibility to travel as needed.
