We are looking for agents Bi-lingual is a plus that are available to service leads between 9am-5pm, be readily available to meet clients by setting appointments at the subject properties, answer phones, stay organized and answer questions our customers have.

We have the staff and vendors in place to make the process seamless.

We will train you on our systems and our business model. We cover the whole state of Florida...

We will also train you to become financially free!

We have interested home owners and investors that want us to mange their homes and need to speak and sometimes meet with an agent to hand over keys, go over key points and talk prices.

Pay fee varies for agents:

This is commission based, the pay is 50% of the rental amount received by our company. Commission off management leads, we have tons of leads coming in a month. The leads come in during the day sometimes in evenings you would have to be available to answer your phone, call people back and attend to the lead.

This will include you communicating with leads, closing leads, meeting the leads, showing homes, networking, and customer service.
You will get paid commission on all sales you close after being leased. Along with the offer to gain potential RESIDUALS after 6 months - 1 year of sales with APM.

Key Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Negotiation and presentation skills are key.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market and the rental and purchase process. Honesty and integrity.
- Experience using basic software and technology and show a willingness to adapt and learn new systems.
