Product/Brand Management Manager leads the design and implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Researches customer preferences and evaluates product performance to develop effective product and brand positioning and strategies. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager coordinates workload and designates tasks or projects to a team of analysts. Partners with sales to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effective. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager develops metrics used to conduct an ongoing analysis of the effectiveness and value of marketing programs. Utilizes metrics to collaborate with stakeholders to design, produce, and distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the brand and product identity. Acts as a source of knowledge for complex or unusual requests. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Product/Brand Management Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     ELS is hiring for the position of Office Manager in Harlingen, Texas.

    Whatyou'll do:

    The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property administration office. This position oversees customer relations, prepares forms, manages accounts payable and receivable, manages petty cash and collections and trains other administrative staff. The Office Manager also supervises the administrative staff and building attendants.

    Yourjobwill include:

    • Coordinate preparation of paperwork.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer-related issues, including all customer requests and complaints that need to be addressed with management or investigated during property tours using Manage America's work order system.
    • Manage the reception area to ensure effective internal and external telephone and mail communications.
    • Work closely with management to develop an integral team that effectively represents the company's quality and professionalism.
    • Act as a liaison between customers and management regarding property-related issues.
    • Prepare customer correspondence as required.
    • Attend and participate in training sessions as requested.
    • Maintain office files with current and accurate information.
    • Perform weekly office inspections.
    • Assist Property Manager with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

    Experience &skillsyouneed:

    • Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 2 yearsof experience in office management.
    • Working knowledge of mail processes (e.g., postage machine, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Basic computer literacy; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
