The Manager of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety will coordinate the process to identify, resolve, and track complaints. The Quality Nurse Manager will provide initial screening and tracking of unusual occurrences including Sentinel Events. The Quality and Risk RN Manager will be the designated Patient Safety Officer.
The Manager of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety will report to the Administrative Director of Quality & Risk Management and Accreditation for issues impacting operations and to enterprise Quality Services for compliance with the service standards and practices.
