Product/Brand Management Manager leads the design and implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Researches customer preferences and evaluates product performance to develop effective product and brand positioning and strategies. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager coordinates workload and designates tasks or projects to a team of analysts. Partners with sales to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effective. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager develops metrics used to conduct an ongoing analysis of the effectiveness and value of marketing programs. Utilizes metrics to collaborate with stakeholders to design, produce, and distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the brand and product identity. Acts as a source of knowledge for complex or unusual requests. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Product/Brand Management Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a dedicated accounting team, managing our clients' property management accounts and taking charge of our corporate bookkeeping needs. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for numbers, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead our accounting team, overseeing daily operations, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met with finesse.
    • Navigate Appfolio software like a pro, managing property management accounts with precision and adherence to industry standards.
    • Tackle corporate bookkeeping tasks with gusto, from accounts payable/receivable to payroll processing and financial reporting.
    • Collaborate closely with property managers and stakeholders to address accounting inquiries and provide unwavering support.
    • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices, optimizing our processes for maximum efficiency.
    • Foster the growth and development of our accounting team through training and mentorship.


    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Bring at least 2 years of property management accounting experience to the table, coupled with a mastery of Appfolio software is preferred.
    • Display proven leadership chops, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
    • Demonstrate a solid grasp of accounting principles, especially in the realm of residential property management.
    • Communicate like a champ, both verbally and in writing, building bridges with clients and team members alike.
    • Show off your detail-oriented nature with precise data entry and financial analysis skills.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks and priorities like a pro.
    • While not required, a CPA certification or equivalent credentials would be the cherry on top.
