Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:
    • Human Centered
      • You'll lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs to drive the long term vision for your product

      • You'll own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successful
      • You'll define KPIs for your product and will be responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures, with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates

      • You'll have an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business
      • You'll work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the ultimately customer experience your team will deliver always looking to ensure you're using the best tool for the job

    As part of the SimCorp Product Manager, you'll have access to:
    • Responsible for requirements & prioritization to ensure alignment with project goals and customer needs. Additionally, responsible for identifying opportunities across the entire Finance ecosystem to remediate anti-patterns, adhere to Enterprise Data Standardization, and minimize duplication (e.g., aggregation logic, reports etc.)
    • Identifies, defines, and socializes all configuration, methodology, and data variances with all impacted teams. Gathers requirements, risks, impacts, and considerations with those impacted teams to inform the way Tech/Data develops solutions.
    • Responsible for decisions, prioritization, and trade-offs across workstreams.
    • Spearhead critical cross-functional problem solving, influencing executives and stakeholders with data and analysis to get to timely decisions

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
    • MBA or Master's degree
    • 3 years of experience in Agile product management
    • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
