Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Description: Administrative Assistant

    TCC Management, Neighbors of North Walnut, owner/operator Manufactured Housing provider, sells, affordable housing.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintain customer files, ensuring record retention policies are adhered to;
    • Assist in preparation of sales packages;
    • Collection calls and filing legal action forms;
    • Prepare letters, flyers, copies, input information into Rent manager;
    • Corresponds with residents on work orders and inputting the data;
    • Assist customers with general questions, route phone calls and messages accurately and quickly;
    • Assist DM/RVP staff in working with home sales, marketing, advertisement on Marketplace, Zillow, Rentpath.
    • All operation duties. Will over see two areas Crossville Tn. and Seymour Tn.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express
    • Traveling to the property and local errands
    • Able to multi-task and adapt to changes with ease
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Possess strong customer service skills
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Able to comply with all company policies and procedures
    • Must be reliable and dependable
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
    • Cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required
