Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Sr Analyst - Cash Management

  • As a member of the Corporate Treasury team this position will be dedicated to support for the Development and Construction (D&C) Line of Business. In this role, the successful candidate will lead the Cash Management and Banking related functions for D&C, to ensure optimal liquidity planning and bank diversification in accordance with Company policies.


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Partner with D&C Accounting to analyze the liquidity needs for the D&C line of business.
    • Coordinate with Capital Markets and Corporate Treasury Risk Management to review the banking footprint and identify opportunities for strategic deposits.
    • Reviews account services and bank fees for D&C structure and provides recommendations to Director, Corporate Treasury Ops.
    • Maintains bank account schematics for all D&C accounts.
    • Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify processes across D&C.
    • Develop and circulate stakeholder reporting for D&C reporting to key stakeholders.
    • Provide information in connection with internal and external audits D&C audits.
    • Ensure departmental policies and procedures and related controls are kept up to date.
    • Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures.

    BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration of finance required.
    • Advanced degree, CTP or CPA is a plus.
    • 5-7 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking or Accounting/Finance within a large multi-national organization.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a face-paced environment.
    • Highly analytical, critical thinker with strong focus on the Control Environment.
    • Curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous improvement.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Highly organized.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience integrating and working with a TMS is a plus.

    Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

    Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

    Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
