Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     PAC Worldwide is looking for an energetic and intuitive marketer with proven digital marketing skills and exceptional leadership experience to lead our digital marketing team!
    The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our digital marketing, including websites, SEO/SEM, analytics, CRO, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    As an integral part of the Marketing team and the central point of excellence for our web experiences, this role is responsible for ensuring our digital presence aligns with our brand promise and guidelines.
    You will work with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to communicate critical information, manage a regular cadence of site updates, respond with urgency to time-sensitive matters, manage system maintenance, and develop a roadmap for site enhancements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the continuous improvement of our digital strategy, website design, content and functionality to provide optimal engagement and lead conversion. This includes site accessibility, content updates, and SEO management.
    • Use web, digital marketing, and social media analytics tools to monitor digital traffic and performance.
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital properties and campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the greater Marketing team to plan, execute, align, and implement campaigns.
    • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
    • As needed, manage RFPs and vendor selection process for projects from initial ideation to execution.
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for all of PAC Worldwide's websites.



    Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of leading Digital Marketing Teams in achieving long-term and short-term goals.
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, and high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to balance a full workload while working independently, knowing when to reach out to the appropriate resources when needed.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including working collaboratively and establishing strong working relationships with key colleagues, senior leadership and executive team, and various departments.
    • Proactive problem solver with solid instincts for when to escalate issues.
    • Understanding of how to link communications activities to business strategy and goals.
    • Demonstrated experience in implementing successful website strategy and SEO optimization.
    • Ability to identify long-term trends in data.


    Skills & Competencies:
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, social media, or similar or relevant experience.
    • 5 years of digital marketing experience, including supervisory experience.
    • Ability to think strategically and tactically, and comfortable doing both kinds of work.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurements
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
    • Experience in GA4, MS Dynamics CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite, preferred.
    • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
