Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. In this role you will get to manage all on-site field construction activities associated with a large complex infrastructure project at Holston Army Ammuniton Plant. What You'll Be Doing: Directs the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities. Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. Ensures that the services of subcontractors and major construction equipment required by the project will be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Establishes assignments for Construction Superintendents for various work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress and recommending corrective action as necessary. Manages the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals. Keeps alert to possible problem areas and takes preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project. Ensures the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost. Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients, including formal presentations. Ensures effective implementation of all Company and client policies and procedures, including labor relations policies. Serves as the primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives for construction-related activities. Maintains strong client and community relations. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience), and typically 15 years of experience in field construction is required. Requires extensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices. Demonstrated effective managerial capability is also required, as well as strong written and oral communications skills. Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Collaborate with engineering, construction subcontractors, and client representatives for timely and safe execution of capital projects within budget constraints.
