Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. BASIC PURPOSE
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating delivery of capital and/or technology related projects across various functional areas and/or organizations. Has overall responsibility for establishing and managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Typical duties include: leading communication across various departments; preparing reports for project stakeholders and executive leadership team regarding the status of the project; oversees consultants and contractors; coordinates design reviews; oversees the construction/project implementation change process; coordinates other activities with other departments and outside agencies. Expertise required in project management with a proven ability to manage milestones and deliverables and drive results in a matrix or cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enjoys working in a team environment and embodies the department's values of communication, collaboration and customer service.
